CO., LTD., we are the only container freight
station (CFS) within the Ningbo Outward Economic
Trade System, and our services include CFS
vanning and devanning, storage, repairing
and haulage. Founded in June, 2001, we have
become an influential logistics enterprise

of four subsidiaries; they are: container
yards, repairing centre, distribution &
warehouse centre, and one container truck

| It stated business
on 28th June, 2006, covering an area of 43,000
sq.m, of which, 40,000 sq.m is functional.
The capacity of this yard is 6,000 TEU, while
its throughput has reached 250,000 TEU per
year. It has established long-term cooperation
with world famous container lines and leasing
company, including MAR, YML, WHL, CSC, EAS,
TEX, OOCL and so on. |

| Hongda Warehouse
is located in No.1169 Port Access Road, Xinqi,
Beilun, 1.5 kilometres to Beilun Second container
terminals, and 4 kilometres to the third container
terminals. The traffic is quite convenient
and the geographic position is advantaged.
The floor space of our warehouse is 3,100
sq.m, with 2,100 sq.m of standard high platform
warehouse and 1,000 sq.m custom supervision
warehouses. |

| To meet the logistics
development, a container truck fleet was built
up at the very beginning of the company's
foundation, which is the year of 2003. We
make effort to expand and improve services
of our fleet on the passing three years, and
our transportation network has spread to the
whole province and surrounding areas. |

| We are the only
company in the port area, who have a well-equipped
professional container inspection and repair
centre with advanced functions. It takes up
an area of 5,000 sq.m, and has two purpose
built movable repairing shed (special for
rainy days), together with steam container
washing systems and other professional container
repair and modification equipments, |
